París…
La ciudad de la luz; desde siempre, la ciudad de mis sueños.
Es bonito pasear por tus calles, como he hecho en otras ocasiones… pero correr por ellas, gracias a @Runmycity, descubriendo tus rincones en unos inolvidables 15 km… ha sido simplemente…
mágico
Una nueva forma de descubrir una ciudad como mi amada París, es correr por sus calles. Pero no me refiero a una carrera normal, con el tráfico cortado y un recorrido específico. Sino a través de un camino más cotidiano, entre las calles conocidas y desconocidas, saboreando la ciudad en estado puro. No sólo el recorrido incluía el interior de lugares emblemáticos como la Ópera Garnier, sino que también albergaba rincones escondidos, como escuelas de arte, danza, colegios, teatros… El París más auténtico. En cada tramo, te aguardaba una sorpresa, un rincón nuevo que descubrir, y a mi, me invadía una emoción difícil de explicar. Sobretodo en la zona alta de la ciudad, en el Sacro Coeur y callejones del Montmartre, donde seguramente viví en una vida pasada, entre artistas, cantantes y poetas.
En definitiva, disfrutamos de una carrera cuyo objetivo es promover el running como forma de hacer turismo por la ciudad. Una idea que me parece simplemente… extraordinaria.

La organización del equipo Run my City, y @ParisJeTaime, nos prepararon una experiencia que no olvidaré jamás; simplemente perfecta y con todo lujo de detalles. Nada más aterrizar en París, nos alojamos en el lujoso hotel Boutet.
Conocimos por fin al resto de integrantes de esta aventura#RunmycityParis. Éramos Laura Brijide y su chico Tony Madero, (ambos maravillosos con las que Isa y yo no paramos de reír) Diogo Lopes, Mafalda Marafusta, Lisa Migliorini, Carini Bikini, Flooorrriiii, AJ Odudu, Ashley James, Isabel y yo.
Nos dirigimos a un restaurante The Flow, bajo mi puente favorito en el universo, El Puente de Alejandro, para disfrutar de una deliciosa comida y conocernos entre todos.
Tras la comida tuvimos un ratito libre paseando por la ciudad, mientras nos dirigíamos de camino a la Opera Garnier. En el camino hacia allí aprovechamos como no, para hacer fotos de la preciosa Paris, charlar entre nosotros conociéndonos mejor y echar muchas risas.
Lo mejor de la visita a la Ópera, es lo que pudimos descubrir entre bambalinas. Los talleres de costura, entre tutús y punteras de ballet, vestidos… en definitiva, arte en estado puro, fue algo que nos pareció algo simplemente extraordinario. Nos sentimos afortunados por poder ver todo aquello.
Isabel se emocionó en la sala de ensayo de Ballet y no pude evitar pedirla que posara bailando, aunque fuera en vaqueros. Esa imagen de ella, tan ilusionada y dulce, creo que no la olvidaré jamás.
Me tocó el corazón.
Tras la ópera en la que además, disfrutamos de un espectáculo muy particular de danza, nos fuimos a cenar con unos cócteles a uno de los sitios de moda de la ciudad. Los españoles he de decir que como somos de buen comer, nos quedamos con hambre, y ese fue motivo de bromas y risas. La verdad es que nos lo pasamos genial.
El Domingo por fín, llegó el momento de la ansiada carrera. Los 15 km más bonitos de toda mi vida y que cuando recuerdo, aún me emocionan.
Y así, fue nuestro fin de semana express parisino. Breve pero intensísimo, como habéis podido ver. Mi vida últimamente es así… no hay nada planeado. Me dejo llevar por cada aventura, cada momento. Y cuando todo fluye, es cuando más disfruto. Pasamos mucho tiempo organizándonos la vida, pensando en el futuro. Cuando es el ahora lo que cuenta, lo que vale la pena.
Gracias a mi querida Isabel, por esta aventura express que me llevo en el corazón, por regalarme charlas risas y momentos y a todo el equipo por la maravillosa organización.
